Once you have set up your account placing an order is very quick and easy because we will already have all the information we require. You can place your order as a guest, without having to register your details. In this case, we will not save your details but each time you place an order you will have to fill in your details again.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
You can use your credit card, Visa, American Express, MasterCard or PayPal as a form of payment. At no time will we have knowledge of your banking information as it is transmitted in encrypted form from one bank to another. We do not receive or keep any credit card number. The banking server only transmits a validation of the transaction.
We use the 3D Secure protocol (through Stripe) through which your bank guarantees that only the credit card holder can authenticate the transaction. This guarantees our clients that nobody else can use their credit cards on our site.

– If you live in UNITED STATES, maybe you will have to pay customs duties (where needed) as soon as you receive your package.
- FREE RETURN
– If you are not satisfied with any of our items, please contact us within 5 days after receiving the package and we will send you a return receipt to fill it out. You can change it or request a refund.
– Items must not have been used or washed and must be in perfect condition with their label.
– You have 14 working days (from the receipt of the package) to return a product of your order.
– If you want to return one or more items send us a message to [email protected] with your order number and we will send you a link so that you can print the return UPS label. Stick this on your package. You will leave the parcel at the nearest UPS collection point.
– We will proceed to the refund as soon as we receive your return shipment.
Although we take great care to ensure that our products are impeccable, if you find a defect please contact us within 5 days after receiving the package and we will send you a return receipt to fill it out, returns are FREE. You can change it or request a refund. Return the package as indicated in the RETURNS section, according to your country. If you pay for the cost of returning the item, we will refund this cost and the amount paid for the item when we receive the package.

How to take your own measurements :
To take your own measurements correctly go to the section MADE TO MEASURE, then go to the product page are interested in and click on the button “ TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS”, you will then see a document that gives a step by step explanation on how to do this. You can also download this as a PDF for your own convenience.
Processing time : As this is a made to measure garment, processing time is usually between 6 and 10 working days.

If a garment does not suit you as expected :
A – If the garment requires only a few adjustments in order to fit you perfectly, take it to a local tailor:
We will reimburse this expense up to 75%
- Take your garment to your local tailor within 7 days from receiving your garment.
- Ask your tailor for an invoice and a short description of the adjustments applied to your garment.
- Send us a message trough our contact form with the invoice and the description.
- Adelaydi will refund your expense within 48 hours.
B – In the rare occasion that your order cannot be altered, we will remake it for you.
- Send us a message with your order number trough our contact form describing the issue within 7 days from receiving your garment.
- We will contact you within the next 24-48 hours.
- We will ask you to send us back the garment, we will send you a link so that you can print the return UPS label.
- We will proceed to do a remake of the garment or refund you once we received the parcel, as you prefer.
