NEW ACCOUNT

To create an account you’ll need to fill in a member’s form with your personal details. Once you have set up your account placing an order is very quick and easy because we will already have all the information we require.

ORDERS

You can place your order as a guest, without having to register your details. In this case, we will not save your details but each time you place an order you will have to fill in your details again.

You can place an order as a member. In this case you will not need to fill in your details every time you place an order. You only need to put the items you want in your basket, go to process order and proceed to payment.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We use PayPal as we consider this method of payment to be fast, convenient and secure for our clients. PayPal offers a very reliable service that protects its users.

SHIPPING

Delivery is free for all countries. The parcel will be sent 3-5 working days after receiving payment, by UPS, standard shipping (2-5 working days).

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We use the UPS transport service for all countries so that you can track your order in real time.
Delivery times vary from country to country. Generally, delivery times are between 3 to 6 working days.

RETURNS

Returns are free for all the countries.
If you would like to return a single item or your complete order, you can send it back to us free of charge. You just have to attach the returns label to your parcel where it can be clearly seen (you will find the label into the parcel). Drop the package off at a UPS collection point near you. It is helpful to keep the original return shipment slip until you have received confirmation of our receipt of your return shipment for possible enquiries or in the event of the package getting lost. It can take several days for your return shipment to be received and checked .You will receive an email notification once we have processed your return shipment. We will proceed to the refund as soon as we receive your return shipment.
Each item must still have the original label attached and be in perfect condition.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Although we take great care to ensure that our products are impeccable, if you find a defect go to MY ORDERS section and select the product and next to it click on RETURN, select the item that you want to return and in the box reason for returning select “the item is defective”.  Return the package as indicated in the RETURNS section, according to your country. If you pay for the cost of returning the item, we will refund this cost and the amount paid for the item when we receive the package.

MADE TO MEASURE ORDERS

Some garments are made to measure.

How to take your own measurements: to take your own measurements correctly go to the section MADE TO MEASURE, then go to the product tab you are interested in and click on the button “ TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS”, you will then see a document that gives a step by step explanation on how to do this. You can also download this as a PDF for your own convenience.

Delivery times: As this is a made to measure garment, delivery times are usually between 6 and 10 working days depending on the country.

Returns for a made to measure garment: Made to measure garments cannot be returned unless they are defective. If there is a defect contact us and we will send you a label for the return. You will just have to attach the returns label to your parcel where it can be clearly seen and drop the package off at a UPS collection point near you. It is helpful to keep the original return shipment slip until you have received confirmation of our receipt of your return shipment for possible enquiries or in the event of the package getting lost. We will proceed to the refund as soon as we receive your return shipment.
